COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

By entering any competition on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Promoter

Handbag Raffle Ltd is the promoter of all competitions on this website.

2. Eligibility

- Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

- Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom unless otherwise stated.

- Employees or anyone directly connected with the operation of the website are not permitted to enter.

3. Entry Methods

- Paid entries require a correct answer to a skill-based question to qualify for entry into the draw.

- A free entry method is available and offers an equal chance of winning. Full details can be found on our “Free Entry Method” page.

- Only one free entry per person per competition is permitted unless otherwise stated.

4. Competition Process

- Winners are selected at random from all correct and valid entries.

- The draw will take place once all entries are sold or on the stated closing date, whichever comes first.

- All draws are conducted fairly and transparently.

5. Prizes

- All prizes are as described on the competition page.

- In the unlikely event that a prize becomes unavailable, a cash alternative or a similar item of equal or greater value will be offered.

- Prizes are non-transferable.

6. Refunds

- All entries are non-refundable unless the competition is cancelled.

- If a competition is cancelled, all entrants will receive a full refund.

7. Free Entry Method

- A free postal entry route is available.

- Entries must comply fully with the instructions on the Free Entry Method page to be valid.

- Incomplete, incorrect, or illegible entries will be disqualified.

8. Winner Notification

- Winners will be contacted using the details provided at entry.

- If a winner does not respond within a reasonable time frame, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Verification

- Proof of identity and age may be required before a prize is awarded.

- Failure to provide adequate identification may result in disqualification.

10. General

- The promoter reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel any competition at any time where necessary.

- Any decision made by the promoter is final.
