Refund policy

Due to the nature of our competitions, all entries are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will only be issued if:

- A competition is cancelled

- A duplicate transaction occurs

Once an entry has been submitted, it cannot be amended or cancelled.

If a competition does not reach sufficient entries, we reserve the right to:

- Extend the draw date, or

- Offer a cash alternative
